No refunds or returns once files have been downloaded unless it is a duplicate purchase. If you've purchased the same file more than once, we can exchange it for another set of equal value, issue store credit, or give a refund if it's a recent order.

Shipping
All items on the site are digital items other than the option to get your designs on a USB. For all products other than the USB, nothing will be shipped or sent out in the mail. All files are available to download as soon as your purchase is complete.
