This set comes with left, center, and right letters in 4 sizes. The scalloped frame is included. The sizes of each set are based on the center letter - there is NO frame to fit a 4x4 hoop. You'll need at least a 5x7 hoop to use the smallest size of the scalloped circle frame. The sizes included are:
